Pete Williams is the author of Obstacle Fit, both the book (published by Argo Navis) and the program. A NASM-certified personal trainer and an avid obstacle racer, Williams is the co-author of eight other fitness books, including Mark Verstegen’s groundbreaking, five-book Core Performance franchise and Paddle Fit, a video “Vook” on stand-up paddleboarding produced with SUP guru Brody Welte. Williams has written about obstacle racing and endurance sports for numerous publications including Men’s Health, The New York Times, SportsBusiness Journal, Competitor, and USA Triathlon. He also is the host of The Fitness Buff Show (www.fitnessbuffshow.com), which airs on BlogTalkRadio. A Virginia native and former USA Today sportswriter, Williams lives in Central Florida with his family.
